This collectible textured metal table seems to dissolve in space, its shimmering surface evoking the movement of the sea at sunset.

The Liquid Table was inspired by water and the versatility of metal, its visual qualities, sound, and physical properties. The designers Anna and Sergii Baierzdorf experimented with simple geometric shapes, seeking to create a unique silhouette with a strong character.

According to the designers: “When creating this table, we were particularly inspired by the surface of the Black Sea, seen from the shores of Odesa, Ukraine. We wanted to use the old hand-chasing technique, which is rarely used nowadays but gives the metal a distinctive textured surface.

By playing with texture, we transformed the table into an aesthetic sculpture that looks as if it was shaped by nature itself. The shimmering surface catches and reflects light like the sea at sunset, creating a constantly changing appearance. When looking at the table, you can almost hear the rain hitting its surface.”

The Liquid Table has been featured in Architectural Digest, Dezeen, Marie Claire Maison, and more. It’s handcrafted by multigenerational artisans and is available in Stainless Steel, Brass and TiN finishes.

  • The Liquid Table is hand-forged in Ukraine by local artisans. They cut the steel and then use the chasing metalwork technique to give the table a textured surface. 

    The tables are made from stainless steel, an extremely durable material that will last for years. The table is 100% recyclable, we have not used any additional details from other materials.
